The B310 is a fully waterproof combat smock used by Special Forces & tough military units around the world. We originally designed the B310 for the SAS in the late 80's. There have been a few tweaks over the years, however the fundamentals for a simple and reliable jacket have remained the same.
The B310 Waterproof Smock features our next generation “20k/20k” dropliner featuring 20,000mm hydrostatic head & 20,000 g/m² breathability rating. It’s a great improvement especially in more active roles.
The waterproof/breathable characteristic is achieved by a light-but-strong seam sealed inner dropliner. By having the critical performance fabric shielded by the outer shell, any nicks or tears that might occur during wear and tear mean that the garment will probably remain waterproof/breathable despite damage to the outer shell.
The pockets of the B110 are designed to keep your admin in check, whether worn with a belt rig, plate carrier or rucksack. Four button closure pockets with nylon liner on the front give you plenty of expandable space to stuff with kit. Keep your notebooks or devices in the zipped chest pockets and pop a pen and compass in the buttoned sleeve pocket.
Please note that, unlike the rest of our Poly Cotton Ripstops, the Tiger Stripe colorway uses a heavier 65/35 245gsm fabric, making it even more durable but requiring a little wearing in.
