Refund policy

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are only accepted for Arktis items purchased directly from Arktis USA. If we cannot find a record of your order, proof of purchase will be required, or your return request will be rejected.

To start a return, you can contact us at websales@arktis.co.uk . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address ECP % Arktis,1471 Rozelle St,Memphis ,TN 38106, Attention for returns department.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you believe your parcel was incorrectly marked as delivered and is missing, please contact the customer service team (websales@arktis.co.uk) within ten (10) days of delivery so we can open an investigation on your behalf. To avoid unnecessary claims, Arktis requests that you contact the shipping carrier and check with next-door neighbours before contacting us.

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, and your order has been in transit for more than fourteen (14) days, please contact customer support so Arktis can open  an investigation.

2-Year Limited Warranty

Arktis offers a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

If you discover a manufacturing defect upon receipt, contact us with a detailed description and photos of the defect at websales@arktis.co.uk. Once our Quality Control team confirms the issue, domestic return postage is covered by Arktis USA. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs. 

Damage caused by wear, accidental rips, misuse, or modifications is not covered, though we may offer repair services at a reasonable cost. Coverage is void if the product is used in a manner inconsistent with its intended design, or if any unauthorised repairs or alterations have been made.

We will repair or replace eligible items whenever possible. If a repair or exact replacement is not available, we may offer a comparable substitute, refund, or store credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, undergarments (including socks and baselayers) and items marked final sale or clearance.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

 Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within fourteen (14) days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must   be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at websales@arktis.co.uk

In cases where an item is returned for a voluntary refund, Arktis USA will deduct return postage and handling (billed at cost) from the refund amount. In most cases, return shipping for exchanges is free of charge for the customer.

Undeliverable Addresses

If your parcel is marked undeliverable and returned to us, our support staff will attempt to contact you via the email address associated with your order. If we do not receive a response after fourteen (14) days and two attempts, we will process a return and refund your order we reserve the right to deduct 3rd party charges for the return of the item to Arktis.
